These terms govern your use of www.thinksciences.com (the "site"), operated by Thinksciences LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Thinksciences", "we", "us", "our"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About the site

The site is a marketing presence for our app studio. It describes our work, links to apps we publish on the App Store, lets you sign up for our newsletter, and lets you contact us. The apps themselves are governed by separate terms supplied with each app and by the App Store's own terms of service.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, any related systems, or other users' data.
• Use any automated tools (bots, scrapers, harvesters) to extract content beyond what's permitted by our robots.txt.
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through the contact form or newsletter signup.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the site's operation.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the site — including text, layout, design, code, logos, graphics, and the "Thinksciences" name — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Stock photography on the site is licensed from third-party providers (Unsplash). Fonts are served by Google Fonts under their respective open-source licenses (Noto Serif, Manrope) and an open license for Material Symbols.

4. Apps published by Thinksciences

Apps featured on this site are distributed through Apple's App Store and are governed by:

• Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.
• The end-user license agreement (EULA) and privacy policy supplied with each individual app.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell or license software outside the App Store framework.

5. Third-party links

The site contains links to third-party services (App Store, social platforms, our newsletter and contact-form providers). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties. Following an external link is at your own risk.

6. Newsletter and contact form

If you subscribe to our newsletter or send us a message through the contact form, the way we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
